By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason
All commissioned artwork is for Non-Commercial use ONLY unless we discuss a commercial use license
Full Payment must be sent upfront through Paypal or Ko-fi within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. Work will only begin once payment is recieved
I only accept USD
A refund will only be given if requested before work has begun stage or in the case of cancellation on my end
Overly complex designs are subject to an additional fee
Please expect 2-4 weeks for delivery of the finished peice
A sketch will be sent for approval before the lineart stage after which WIPs will only be sent upon request
You have the right to crop the art for pfp/avatar use as well as post the full image online. However, if you crop the image in a way that the signature is removed, please provide some form of credit (carrd link, listing username, etc.)
You are free to create prints or other physical items of the artwork for personal use only
